Don Clark
CEO


Don Clark has over 45 years of experience in compliance, mortgage banking, and business development. His financial expertise extends to commercial and residential mortgages, private lender licensing, state and federal lending compliance, and warehouse line management.

Don has twice scaled local mortgage brokers into multi-state mortgage lenders and oversaw the processing, underwriting, approval, funding, and sales of all loans. This includes management of over $350M in annual lending volume utilizing $10M+ in warehouse funding lines.

Patrick Morris
Advisory Board Member


Patrick Morris is an international corporate lawyer and experienced fund manager who has managed both public and private equity holdings. He has previously directed multiple $400M portfolios and raised $550M through private equity.

Patrick is currently the President of Morris Legal Corp and formerly served as President of All American Oil & Gas, Inc and COO/Managing Member of Hagin Capital LLC. He’s also a Founding Member of the Society for Financial Econometrics and an award-winning film producer.

Evan Clark
CMO


Evan Clark is business strategy consultant and social entrepreneur with over 12 years experience leading for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He’s also a humanist public speaker and award winning community organizer.

Evan is currently Founder & Creative Director at Spectrum Experience LLC, Executive Director at Atheists United, and co-host of the Humanist Experience podcast. He previously served as Outreach Director for the James Woods for Congress campaign and Marketing Director for BuyUSDA.com.

Phil Gundry
VP of Marketing


Phil Gundry is a business consultant with a cross-disciplinary background in marketing, customer success, and sales, with over 10 years of experience leading sales teams and helping hundreds of companies develop and implement sales and marketing automation strategies.

Phil has previously worked with organizations such as Square (now Block), Paypal, and Subaru of America. He now specializes in helping ethical, small-to-medium-sized businesses compete upmarket by efficiently achieving targeted outcomes through strategic sales and marketing automation.
